Calling all cobblers! Want to start my own shoe line.?

I'm interested in starting my own womens shoe line à la Carlos Santana - although on a much smaller scale - stictly custom order. I have my own designs, and a rudimentary understanding of shoe construction, including making lasts, etc. and have a line on some suppliers of leather supplies and tools. I have, however, come to a dead end in trying to find a supplier of ready made heels. The task of making my own appears quite daunting and I have not found any instructions on how to do it. I would welcome input from anyone who either knows where I can order pre-made heels or find instructions on making my own. Perhaps the latter would be preferrable since it would allow me some freedom in designing a heel rather than just purchasing one.
