    60 g all-purpose flour

    1 g baking soda

    70 g semisweet chocolate chips

    25 g finely chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars and pudding mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (dough will be stiff).

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

  2. go to www.marthastewart.com and click on recipes , put the cookie in the search ..or www.foodnetwork.com and search..lots to choose from

  3. Crisco makes a softer, chewier cookie than butter.  Butter will make them spread more and be harder.....

  4. there's a good one on the back of nestle chocolate chip bags. to get them mushy you bake them for about 2 minutes shorter than what it calls for and take them out of the oven and they will be mushy until they are gone.. even if it's the next day. :D hope this helps

  5. if you mix the cookie dough for longer than usual it makes them chewier and the texture change.

  6. Try using butter only in any recipe for choc chip cookies.  This usually gives you chewier cookies.
