  1. I would not buy a Dell at least not nowadays, they have started to cheap skate on some of their internal parts. I have brought Dell for the past 7 years and have always been happy but the last 2 purchases i have been displeased with some of the quality of their parts. DVD burner, sound cards, video cards etc.

I suggest trying newegg.com or tigerdirect.com they normally throw in better quality parts than Dell. Also try looking at TechBargains.com they have some great deals if you keep watching the site regularly.

Just to add, 1.8ghz is not a lot for a processor these days, it will be obsolete before you know it. Their video card is not really anything special. 15" screen is way to small, you can get a 19" for around a $100 these days. Also as the other poster stated the HD is way to small, you need at least 200-350GB.

    good luck.

  2. That's not a bad deal. I would go for it. Make sure to get a good warranty with it.

  3. Thats a pretty good deal although the hard drive is pretty small but it is plenty for someone that doesn't pack rat stuff lol also a pretty good video card ATI is the best brand :)
