I have a pain that has been throbbing on and off all day. It's about 1 centimeter from where your head becomes your neck, on the right side. It's been throbbing pretty much all day and it hurts like c**p...

Could be a lymph note. Which means your sick. See your doctor.

It could be a neck cramp or a pulled muscle.  Go see a Chiropractor if you wish.  I get this same feeling all the time.
