what percentage of americans shoot under 100 on there first time playing golf.... i was told 10 percent

  2. If you take that as gospel, I have a couple of bridges for sale very cheap and you can keep the tolls. Whoever told you hasn't a clue about the game. For the first time golfer at a reasonable length course of 6,300 yards, slope 123 with moderate hazards and no blind shots less than 5 % would break 100. You might get 20% at a country club because most joiners have had some or much golfing experience.

  5. on an 18 hole course, sticking strickly on the rules of golf with penalties imposed on every imfractions ? I say zero percent.

  6. only about 10 percent of all golfers break 100. Probably 0% break 100 their first time. if any, maybe 1 in a million
