I need your help creating a new slogan for my insurance agency. The current one is "Our Customers Deserve the Best!" Obviously, it's been in place since like 1982. This is extremely important. Need something quick, unique & catchy. It's to motivate our insurance sales people. Here's what I have so far:

"Our exceptional service is our committment to our customers"

"Great service is always an invitation to return"

"Our customers are the sound of the future"

"One goal, one passion - GREAT SERVICE"

I really need your help!!!!

  1. I can help with the slogan:  Need this info:

type of insurance, location of your agency, target audience, how many agents do you have?  Area you are trying to move into..Are you a franchise??

  2. If this is mainly gear towards your employee...

"Service... because your paycheck depends on it."

"Service... Remember where your paycheck comes from"

  3. Hmm.

I see why you're asking the question.  I recognize this slogan is to motivate the sales people, but their motivation should be able to be shared with a customer, and the customer should feel like their experiences deliver on this promise.  If I were a sales person, I wouldn't feel genuine sharing any of these slogans with customers.

The most powerful marketing tool is word of mouth, why not make it a goal of your service to create that?

"Give them something to talk about"...this is a very specific slogan people can translate into real action on every call or contact.  Such as, going the extra mile to deliver insurance documents; taking calls after hours, anticipating needs for flood insurance, etc.  Generic terms like "great service" will get you generic results, in my opinion.

You can then honor standout employees with awards or incentives, which will raise the bar of competition every day.

  4. There are three rules that I wish everyone would follow with things like this - 1) have a keyword or user identifyable word in the phrase 2) focus on a strong benefit to the end user 3) have a call to action

here is an example for you to play with...

"Discover insurance the serves YOU when you need it most!"

    Discover = call to action

insurance that serves = identifyable words/ keywords

serves YOU when you need it most = whats in it for the user

    hope this helps...

  5. "One goal, one passion - GREAT SERVICE"

I like this one.  It's catchy and says alot.

  6. Slogan for an Insurance agency you say?  How about

"We go to every length imaginable to find a way to not pay out on your claim, and as you didn't read every little last tiny letter of the small print, we're bound to catch you out somewhere."

    Snappy, eh?

  7. Good service is the best and hard to find

I think you should advertise service, every one likes good service and word of mouth spreads the word, this is good

"One goal, one passion - GREAT SERVICE"
