Calling all people that live in Los Angeles!?

Question

Do yuo know any auditions for any chidrens pparts coming up because my little sister really wants to audition for a movie so does anybody know any good childrens movie roles. Roles for movies that are like PG.

With all due respect I am only do this, to end my time here for awhile. To directly answer the Q, that could be expensive. "Calling" everyone in LA could also take years.

   I might have to include the following thought in every answer from now on, WHY are there so many Star Struck Children, on the Planet?

The best thing to do is subscribe to Backstage West it "THE" acting classified for actors here in LA, you may also look at the Hollywood Reporter as well. You are also going to need to get a headshot and resume for her as well. To get an audition for a major studio production you need an agent first in order to get an agent you need some expierience in order to get that you might have to do some childeren's theater, community theater, or student films somthing that will show her acting on tape. You can find agents on backstagewest or go to Samuel French bookstore on Sunset Blvd and pick up a Hollywood 411 book.

Remember if anyone ask you to put up money up front they are not ligit and an agent will take 10% of your pay on the work they find for you. Also by law a child can not work more than 4 hours and there must be a studio teacher and/or social worker on site for TV/Film projects.
