if you know, about how many calories do you eat a day?

how often do you eat during the day (how many meals)?

can you please recall everything youve eaten today.

    I don't check calories but it is probably around 2300-2500. Maybe a bit more during workout days

    I live in a different time zone so it's breakfast and lunch so far

    Breakfast: bagel with tomato, basil and cottage cheese. smoothie with orange juice, banana, papaya frozen blueberries and teaspoon of flax seed oil

    Mid morning snack: about half a cup of dried apricots with walnuts and cashews.

    Lunch: Linguine with garlic and olives, side salad and iced green tea

    also drink hot green tea throughout the day,

I can't eat a whole meal at once.  So when I go to work, I make a big sandwich with turkey or chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and the mayo/mustard.  I cut the sandwich in fours and just eat them every few hours.  I also make apple slices and munch on those for snacks.  If you want some a little fat, buy those mozzarella cheese sticks

    I'm 52 years old, 5'4",  100 lbs  I have no idea how many calories I eat a day - I don't count those things.

    Not sure how many calories a day (usually less than 1300)

    I don't know how many but definitely more than three and not always at your standard hours.  Large meals are dangerous to me, and I find smaller meals to be easier on the digestive system.  I normally eat only when I'm hungry.  I also never stuff myself so sometimes a little goes a long way.

    Breakfast: half a yogurt

    lunch: a tilapia fillet, glass of orange juice

    The day isn't over with but I'll probably eat strawberries as a snack, a chicken salad sometime after, and perhaps later on a turkey burger.

    I can't recall EVERYTHING that I've eaten today, but I know I had a banana, veggie corn dog, oatmeal cookies, mac n' cheese and blueberry waffles.

    Eat about 1200-1300 cal per day

    Eat 5-6 meals daily and LOTS of water with meals and in between meals throughout the day.

    Here are today's meals. You may think some of the foods I eat are strange, but I try to get creative with my diet. Enjoy!

    Breakfast - Put chickpeas in the blender.  Made one piece of whole wheat toast and spread some pureed chickpeas on the toast and then sprinkled sesame seeds on top.  1/2 grapefruit and a glass of soymilk.

    Mid-morning snack - handful of raw cashews and an apple

    Lunch - a HUGE salad with baby spinach, shredded carrots, avocado chunks, chopped celery, black beans, cubed cantalope, sunflower seeds, raisins, powdered flax seeds, topped with olive oil, sesame seeds and balsamic vinagrette.  Two rye crackers to crunch on with my salad and a glass of rice milk.

    Mid-afternoon snack - 1/2 whole wheat pita pocket with a slice of firm tofu and sliced tomato in it, dipped in a little olive oil and salt.

    Dinner - Veggie burger, corn on the cob and 3 bean salad.  Big glass of no sodium V8 drink.

    Late night snack - Handful of pretzels (about 10) dipped in about about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
