If someone sends you a text message while your cell service is suspended, will it come through once service is restored or is it lost forever?

  3. My phone got suspended once...my friend sent me a text 5 min after it got suspended...once you get your service back you will get it...but it could take up to an hour to get it.

  4. it depends but depending on the carrier and the traffic in the cellphone network area.
