  1. No sense in me trying this.I know I'm  not psychic. I test myself a lot...to make sure it hasn't come back.

Edit...Jane...Don't be getting upset with thumbs down. It's usually not the one who asks the question. It just means you've joined our "whiner's club". It means you've got an admirer. You know how in grammar school if a boy would pinch you  it meant they liked you? It's the same thing here. They don't even have to read our answers...they just "pinch" us every time they see us...and then laugh when we say "Ouch!".It's a game. They're just little kids wanting to play...but they don't know how.

  2. I will attempt to make myself available during those times...I am in the pacific time zone as well. You have my permission to send the impression directly to me if you like....during those times. But otherwise, I should still be able to pick up the information later...even if you aren't sending it to me at that moment.

Sounds interesting, we'll see how it goes. :)

    *EDIT*

Well, to be honest, I didn't get anything all weekend. When you emailed me and when I came here and read this though, I received an image. That image stuck with me.

But then I got bombarded by all sorts of other animals in my head. :) Way random ones, like a sloth and that creepy looking monkey...that I can't remember the name of, then I was hearing some argument in my head about how insects don't count. In other words, I had a hard time filtering out everything except for your pic.

Anyways, so I am sticking to the first image that came to me. The Jaguar. I am thinking that came from my remote viewing aspect because my brother has a picture of one above his bed (that I got him) and that is the image I kept getting of it.

So, I did this for you. :) I already know that I can do this and I already know that I am psychic and that I exist lol but I don't mind being a part of your experiment. The one thing is that when I am asked to do something psychically related, I am the only one being asked.

  3. Oh, let me be the first!!!  Here goes... "It doesn't work like that".

    :)

Edit:: Once again believers combine to attack one of my answers that does more than just say "of course it exists". Wah! Waahhhhhh!

  4. Human

  5. If I'm not too late I'd like to guess Roosevelt elk.

Not that I think that I am pyschic.

    ------------

Edit: I had a dream that it was a donkey - so the guy that said it was a beige horse won.

    :D

  6. This is a great experiment - you have put a lot of thought into it. I am looking forward to all the guesses, oops I mean answers. *winks*

  7. i dont know why im getting that this animal could be beige colored , and i feel its an amphibian , a cold blooded animal ..i dont know why but a salamander lizard comes  comes into my head!

am i right ? is it at least an amphibian ?

  8. My guess is Cheetah,

  9. Okay, I am not psychic and definitely do not believe in astroplaning but would still like to seriously give it a try. I think it is important that you do not have an animal in mind until the clock strikes noon.

I just wish you did not show a picture of yourself b/c everyone looks like an animal and it may influence my thought.

  10. Count me in as well. The only difficulty I see, as far as influencing the results, is the front loading that has already been mentioned. If you're going to apply this as a true experiment, the results that each viewer supplies could easily be tainted by what somebody else has already written.

My suggestion to ensure the task is double-blind is to have each person send their brief answer directly to you through the Yahoo Answers email and not place it as a comment.... the operative word is "brief". Compile the results and then post another question with this information. People can then return and supply the rationale or explanation of what they "saw" and why, if they felt urged to. It could provide some valuable insight for you as to how one is able to view or sense distant objects using varied psychic ablilites.

The results would be pure so you would have accomplished your objective. The secondary benefit would be for the individual...they would then understand how and why they interpreted what they saw or sensed.

Just a thought but count me in!

  11. A bear

  12. confused about the time so i will try anyway: u were looking at a pic of a sunset. 2nite u will look at a pic of a zebra.

dont pick that small animal you looked at I dont even know what it is? bagger? bever? too hard.

    urrrg... i give up already

  15. get a job and get real.

  16. The card at the top right represents how you see your partner. Ten of Painting (Delight), when reversed: Your work or ideal takes on a life of it own, seeming to leave you behind. Financial prosperity leads you astray. Being distracted from your ideals by achievement or promotion on the job. Inheriting something at odds with your core values. Separation from family, traditions, and roots. In the creative process: The success of completion of your project is cause for celebration and an opportunity to honor all the gods and spirits that participated in your benefit.

    is it a dogmatic ?

The card in the center left represents how you feel about your partner. Man of Painting, when reversed: The need to dominate the situation. Allowing theory to get in the way of pragmatics. Intoxication with a highly charged situation. Taking a dogmatic and self-indulgent approach. Obsessive focus on the task at hand. Bathing in the spotlight. In the creative process: Test and refine your ideas or product to see if it works as planned; be practical yet innovative.

The card in the center right represents what stands between you and your partner. Seven of Painting (Patience), when reversed: Refusing to wait for the situation to develop or ripen. Demanding immediate material assistance or reinforcements. Possible delays and slowdowns. Feeling uncertain or apprehensive about a tangible issue. Procrastination. Squandering your resources. In the creative process: Straining to speed things up only produces anxiety, so get a grip and wait for everything to unfold according to its own timing.

The card in the lower left represents how your partner sees you. Three of Poetry (Creativity): "I must Create a System, or be enslav'd by another Mans I will not Reason & Compare: my business is to Create". A creative opportunity presents itself. A lucky break is in store for you. Taking an imaginative or literary approach is favored. A revelation of truth is at hand. All the pieces are falling into place. You achieve an understanding that has far-reaching implications. In the creative process: You get the go-ahead to "do your thing"; your project has special blessing at this time because of your ability to see an overview or get the big picture.

The card in the lower right represents what your partner feels about you. Nine of Science (Despair): Experiencing mental anguish or self-pity. Grief. Depression. Insomnia. Escaping reality. Hiding from joy and innocence. Feeling isolated and alone. Self-cruelty. In the creative process: Your creativity is blocked by self-judgments and criticism. Forgive yourself and get back to the basics; recapture your innocence and rejoin the human family.

The card in the center represents the present status or challenge of the relationship. Ace of Science (Intellect), when reversed: Plunging into the depths of knowledge, at the expense of life itself. Idle pursuit of more projects than you can handle. Dabbling in many skills without every truly learning them. The worship of ideas over implementation. Workaholism, particularly in the mental sphere. Self-centered point of view. Mistaking knowledge for truth. Reliance on logic, method, and research to solve problems that demand distance and insight. In the creative process: A time for "blind" absorption of data, for intense focus on research and documentation of the creative project being initiated.

  17. My prediction: As TR said, the apologists will tell you it just doesn't work that way.  Some fussy pants guy might also say you have no baseline or control of any sort.

Psychics will be conspicuously absent from this experiment.  Now, if you had asked for advice concerning your love life or when to invest money, then you'd be swamped.

  18. I tried that once with telepathy on yahoo answers.I got too many people trying to contact me at once.I might try it with yours. The USA is 16 hours ahead of Australia. That would put it at 9pm start here in Australia on The 20 th June and finish at twelfth. That's tonight at 9pm.See you tonight

  19. That was an easy one

    Monkey

    P.S

    Clean up your room.

  20. Sounds like a great experiment,I wish you luck.I wish the psychics and astral travelers luck as well.

Edit.it might be a good idea to put a 4 digit number on the picture.

  21. What!!!!!!???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!??... I don't get it!

  22. Maybe people shouldn't post their answers until everybody has had a chance to decide themselves what kind of animal it is.

If the first person posts 'zebra' for example that may influence other people's choices.

Also what are the odds of people guessing correctly purely by chance?
