salmon, shrimp. lol if you have a wasabi the east garden roll is amazing, but it's the most expensive on the menu, so that sucks. i like just about every kind of sushi besides just like a plain tuna roll that has nothing else.

The simplest: Shrimp hand roll. Its just some shrimp covered in sticky rice wrapped with a thin layer of seaweed

Uni Sushi is very tasty! (Sea Urchin)

Ikura Sushi is very good as well but a bit salty for some
