Calling card help?

My friend from Russia bought a calling card to call me, and when he rang me, it said his time was up and that im too far

Can anyone help?

  1. Uhm.. Maybe the calling card company charges an outrageous ammount between the countries.  I would call the calling card company and ask them.

    If possible try using a voice over IP service (VoIP).  Like skype, msn, even yahoo.
