Calling card?

i live in U.S. and i want to call my friend who im not allowed to talk to. it will show on the bill if i call him so can i buy like a calling card and it will work locally?

why don't you use www.talkster.com no one will ever know that you called your friend!!

You can buy a calling card online and use it from you cell hone or any other phone

it still may show up as outgoing call. local calls will not be on bill. have him call you at certain time. received calls won't be on bill. would be on his bill though. get a cell phone. send a letter, that's not talking.
