ok im gonna be calling new jersey from manitoba.

questions-

1: will this work from a payphone? *how long will i have to talk?)

2: and i have the number, but do i put a 1 in front for the area code? or what?

it should work from a pay phone and yeah you need a 1 in front of the area code as for how long you have to talk i have no idea but i guess it depends on the amount of money you put in

Yes, you have to dial 1+area code+ Te. #. If you swipe your credit card then you can talk as long as you want but if you put coins, conversation will last according to your inserted amount.
