  1. + just is a symbol for "00"

    the code is 00353

  2. The + sign means 00, so forget about that and just dial 003538 etc etc  (as all mobiles here start with the numbers 08, so drop the 0)

  3. It is the same prefix as if you were calling a landline. 00 353 then drop the 0 at the beginning of the mobile number and use the rest of the number.

00 is the same as +. Its just that when you key in 00 on a mobile it turns to + but 00 produces the same result.

    so if their number is 087 1234567 then dial 00 353 87 1234567

  4. For Southern Ireland the code is 0035

If you are calling Northern Ireland, just use the STD code

  5. +00353

  6. you just dial 00353 but drop the 0 (the first digit of the number) eg. 0035386 hope this helps!

  7. Republic of Ireland use 00353 and drop the first 0 of the number. For Northern Ireland just call the normal number - NI codes all start 028...

  8. 00 353 then drop the next 0 is the code for the Republic of Ireland.

There's no such place as Southern Ireland. It's like referring to England as Southern Scotland.
