Calls go through even though they are blocked?

We have prank calls that go through our phone even though our phone system is set to block all restricted calls. Somehow someone is sneaking through our system. What can we do?

they are most likly using some type of op divert. Just call the operator and tell them you are having trouble dialing a number, have them connect you to bypass any type of blocking.

make sure it is a blocked number...if its unknown or out of area, anonymous call rejection will not work,only if its private or restricted will that feature work. *69 it...call your provider and see if there is that feature on your line, make a test call (dial *67 from cell phone b4 home phone # see if u get through). If you cannot get through to you home phone blocking your number, then everything should be okay. There is really no way to override that feature...hope it helps
