Calorie dense foods. help !?

i am trying to gain weight but healthily.

i eat only healthy foods with the occasional splurge.

my nutritionist says i need to eat 2,200 calories a day in order to maintain my current weight.

it is so hard to reach this # of calories while eating healthily!

everything is so low in calories and so filling!

can you please list some calorie dense healthy foods besides peanutbutter that i wont have to eat alot of in order to get full!

  1. Good ice cream (Breyer's is all natural);  sweet potato or pumpkin pie;  baked potatoes ... Make milkshakes or smoothies, and add some protein powder ... dry-roasted nuts & dried fruit ... yogurt covered raisins


  2. whole wheat pasta and farina and oatmeal  eggs  whole wheat fench breads  chicken breats baked  potatoes boiled or baked  .
