Calories in chewy bars?

how any calories are there in mccowan chew bars like wham bars? is there a list somewhere?

By the way it's not a good idea to count calories because your body needs calories and fat. Watch sugars and the products used to make the item instead. This is a healthier way to eat and if you need to loose or watch your weight you will have more success at loosing weight and keeping it off.
