ok i know its going to take a while to acheive stronge calves so DO NOT tell me that, cause i already know that.ok well i eat health because i don't have a choice. my mom is a nutritionist so she basically has a "diet" for me. so i can eat healthy and get a wel-balanced diet or w/eok well i don't exercise and i decided to start. well my legs are super long. well not that long. i'm 5'7 and i weigh 135-138. well i want nice calve muscles. what are good ways to get nice big calves not too big thou. i don;t like running. actually i hate it. but i've started running on my treadmill and hate it. so do you guys have any ideas.does the toes thing work. standing on stairs on your tippy toes?right now my legs are just plain and skinny. and i want long defined calve muscles.also give me some good thigh and inner thigh work outs.REMEMBER no running
