ok i know its going to take a while to acheive stronge calves so DO NOT tell me that, cause i already know that.

ok well i eat health because i don't have a choice. my mom is a nutritionist so she basically has a "diet" for me. so i can eat healthy and get a wel-balanced diet or w/e

ok well i don't exercise and i decided to start. well my legs are super long. well not that long. i'm 5'7 and i weigh 135-138.

well i want nice calve muscles. what are good ways to get nice big calves not too big thou.

i don;t like running. actually i hate it. but i've started running on my treadmill and hate it. so do you guys have any ideas.

does the toes thing work. standing on stairs on your tippy toes?

right now my legs are just plain and skinny. and i want long defined calve muscles.

also give me some good thigh and inner thigh work outs.

  1. i hate running too and honestly i havent noticed any major differences it has made as far as forming muscle. for me i do calf raises, like you mentioned. make sure you do these on a ledge like the stairs where only about a third of your feet are on the ledge.

    good luck (:

  2. Cycling... builds great calves and gives you the noticable vee- notch!!!!

    Worked for me!

  3. the toes thing DOES work, i don't know about standing on stairs on your tippy toes, but if you just walk around (or run) on your toes it really does work

for thigh work outs try doing sqwats, try and do at least 30, if you want to push it try 50 or more

(other than running) doing stairs is a really good work out, and if you do the stairs do them on your toes

i know you hate running but it is the best way to work out your legs, if you do run remember run on your toes

good luck and hope this helps : )

  4. i'm a cross country runner and i hate tredmils. but for big calfs, run hills or set an incline on your tredmil.
