He also won the 1997 and 2001 editions of the Apple Blossom H with Halo America and Gourmet Girl, respectively.

  2. Ill tell you what, most horseplayers who played the breeders cup last year knew that Borel booted home a number of high priced winners at Churchill the two weeks before he got this horse home in the Juvenile... with the same type of move, saving ground then firing late... there were three he rode the week of breeders cup and a 75 dollar winner the day before, winning by daylight , same exact move...its cool to see he got that horse back 'at the scene of the crime' (the same track) and that he did so well (especially since a number of jocks called to try to get the mount from under Calvin) ...it appears the last prep race running second was perfect for a set up into the Derby and if he moves forward off that race he will be tough, as will the second place finisher Hard Spun who ran a smasher, tipped off by the 57 work he fired off prior to the race... try wikipedia google or yahoo itself for borel resources...good luck

  3. Try oaklawn.com that's were he normally races and if that dont work try wikipedia
