I beleive one of Calzaghe's best chances of any points win isnt so much he is a good boxer, but his previous opponents have been not just inexperienced but very inexperienced against southpaws,as a southpaw mysef I know Ive beaten better boxers just by the sheer awkwardness a southpaw style presents, how many class fighters has Hopkins faced??

  1. He's beat the rest to be the best. But if Joe keeps he's head

    (unlike Hatton)he will beat him.

  2. Anytime you fight a southpaw with experience and quick hands its always a challenge, but I think B-hop is smart enough to compensate.

  3. It wont, Hopkins is undefeated against southpaws. John David Jackson taught him how to fight lefties.

  4. B-Hop won't find calzaghe's south paw stance a hastle in my oppinion, he is experienced enough to adjust, I believe Calzaghe's speed is what will ultimatly overcome Hopkins

  5. Hi

Don't worry, he probably won't be there long enough to see it.

    Ray. West York's. U.K.

  6. Ah, yes, "untouchable," *self-proclaimed* expert, who contends, with his pals, that Calzaghe is unworthy; would have been beaten soundly by Steve Collins; and now, while stepping up to light-heavyweight for the first time, *might* defeat Hopkins, apparently in the mind of "untouchable," a confused, inexperienced 43 year old conventional boxer.

BTW, that confused, inexperienced now 43 year old conventional boxer defended world titles 20 times without a loss, while beating John David Jackson, Glencoffe Johnson, Simon Brown, Antwun Echols, Félix Trinidad, Oscar de la Hoya, and Winky Wright...All, no doubt, ne'er-do-wells in the opinion of the vaunted "untouchable."
