Cam angle sensor or crank sensor burning out ecu???

Question

Would a cam angle or crank sensor cause the ecu in a 96 chrysler concorde 3.5LT to keep burning out. iv changed the ecu twice and everythime i do it runs for a day and then burns out. Please help me!!

Cam or crank sensors will not burn out  a computor. Is the computor really burnt out? Sounds like you might have another problem. Need to take it to a shop and have it looked at. Or else you might spend alot of money and never fix it. Might be cheaper just to take it to a shop.

It sounds like there is a short some were in the wiring harness in your car. You will need to get a good repair manual to be able to test and trace your wires. It is very time consuming and you will need to be able to read wiring diagrams. If you could have the car scanned to see if there is any trouble codes that might help narrow down your search.
