Camcorder Brands?

Question

What are the best Camcorder brands? We are going on vacation this summer and i want to buy a camcorder but i want it to be under $200.00 if possible. I am not looking for a huge bulky camera i want a small one that can fit in my purse or pocket. Please help.

There aren't many good camcorders under $200, but there are some.  The best brand I've worked with for consumer camcorders are Canons.  Try their ZR series.

Canon, Sony, JVC and Panasonic are all good.  I think you'll need big pockets though!
