Camcorder .cda?

Question

My camcorder saved my videos and my pictures into a .cda format. Is there any way to view the pictures and videos on my laptop? Is there a good converter on the web that will convert the .cda file into the original videos and pictures?

.cda is a cd format. I hope I don't have to erase all my data...

I've never seen this problem, but I believe DVDDecrypter can rip the video into .vob files.  You should be able to play those.  Failing that, try the VLC media player - it can play most things.

.cda format are for audio files ...actually is pretty much .wav
