  1. only vhs-c tapes can be played with an adapter in a video recorder. Hi8 will need a special player (or buy a cheap hi-8 camcorder).

  2. I have a Samsung  8mm video camera that I no longer use - it is complete with mains adapter and 2 batteries. Perhaps your husband would come and collect it for a snall consideration. I live in Malaga.

  3. Check with Wal-Mart or a local video production company. They will usually have a video transfer service to put your videos onto DVDs, or if you have an iPod or an external hard drive, they can put it on there for a lower price. Usually it's only around $20-$30, depending on how many tapes you have.

    Hope this helps!

  4. well there are speacial components u can buy at you're local electronics stor and they will get plunged intro youre audio and video outles on your dvd/vhs player
