Camcorder that takes still photos?

Question

Looking to buy a camcorder that has a remote to take good quality still photos. Id like to use the remote so that I can set up the camcorder and walk to the area and pose then snap the photo using a remote. Is that possible? Here is one camcorder I am looking at but I dont see where it says that it comes with a remote. Can anyone look at this and tell me if it comes with remote for still photos?

DO NOT GET A DVD BASED CAMCORDER.

Poor video quality and the discs are a pain to deal with.

There are no decent hard drive camcorders in your price range.
