Camcorder with 255$?

I want to buy a camcorder, but i only have 255$, first i was wondering if i should buy this

I want to know if this is a good buy, if not what other camcorders are good for under 255$?

ive actually heard that those are kinda good. they audio isnt superb but its okay. if thats all you want to spend i say go for it
