Camcorder won't turn on?

I have a Sony DCR-TRV19 handycam that even when charged it won't turn on and will not eject the tape, please help!

  1. Is there a battery in there? Try to turn it on while it's charging. Try a different battery. Turn it off and try tomorrow.
