Im thinking about going there on a trip is it nice?

The ball park is outstanding.  Great views all around.  The park is easy to get in and out of and there is plenty to do in and around the ball park.  The Inner Harbor is a great place for before or after the game.

Camden Yards is great. I have been to Fenway, Wrigley and Yankee Stadium (among others), and while it may not have the old world charm of the first two or energy of the the Stadium, it is a great place to watch a game. I think it's the best laid out sports stadium I have ever been to, including baseball, football or basketball.

It's a nice park...also, the Harbor is nearby...has lots of shops, restaurants, etc...be prepared....should be crowded with the Yanks there....

I am a Marylander and I enjoy Camden Yards.  Well designed, comfortable, fan friendly.

If you are going to an O's-Yankees game, you will pay a higher price for your ticket.  NY or Boston games are considered "premium" tickets, meaning higher price.  I have seen some rude NY fans at Camden Yards as well, so be prepared on both levels.

Yes, definitely go!  Great park, very beautiful, very friendly.  Everyone we met there was wonderful, even tho we were wearing Red Sox gear.  The seats were comfy, the food was excellent, the city itself is a lot of fun.  Definitely go; and cheer for the O's!

It is a great park, and it was among the first of the new parks, setting a new standard for what a baseball field should be.  I would definitely recommend it.  Be ready to eat - there's a lot of good food available.

I have been there, but it was about 10 years ago. I was very impressed with it then, and would bet that it is still a very fine ballpark. The right-field warehouse has become a baseball landmark of itself.
