Camera Computer problems!?

I have a dell with a built in camera but when i want to take a picture its says ' Failed to start vedio preview. Please reconnect your camera' i looked everywere but i cant find the reconnect camera thing HELP

  1. With out knowing the specifics of your hardware, this sounds like a driver problem. Suggest you go to the Dell website and download the driver for this specific hardware and than reinstall the driver.


  2. It's hard to help without a model number, so go to Dell's website, they should have some troubleshooting info there.
