Question:

Camera at intersections?

Today while I was driving through an intersection the camera flashed and took a picture of my car. I think the light turned red while I was in the middle of the intersection. I do not have a front license plate, but I was wondering if they take a picture of the rear license plate. Also, how long will it take for the ticket to come in the mail if it does? I live in california.
