Camera help please (ten points for best answer!)?

Hi everyone, I have a Super Steadyshot- DSC-W80 Sony cybershot camera and I just got it..

I have uploaded pictures from it.. But now it wont upload them for some reason. It just takes forever and then says "can not upload files" ... also it doesn't let me choose which ones I want to upload when it alows me.. it uploads them ALL again..even if they were already uploaded.

How do I SELECT the ones that i want to load to my computer???

How do you load them onto your computer?  I usually don't run a program to do it but have my camera open the pictures in an extra folder to view all.  Then I can delete what I don't want and copy/paste the ones I want to the correct folder.  You can get to this by opening my computer.  Right clicking on your camera and click open.   Then whenever I want to work on my pics I open up the photo program that I use.
