I have a Sony cyber-shot with 7.2 mega pixels. I don't know how to download pictures to my computer. Should I have a plug or a card, or something? Help me, please!

  1. There should have been a cd with the camera and a usb connector.

  2. look it up on the sony website.

  3. Look all around the camera, for a usb slot. If you find one, get a usb cord that fits (look at the manual, if you're not sure what type/size it is). Plug it in to your computer. You should see it in "My Computer." If there are no usb slots, get a card reader, then plug it in to your computer. You may need to install the software that it comes with. If all else fails, contact cyber-shot, through thier website.

  4. doesn't it come with the connecting wire? or is it sold separately? check the manual or call them up or the website or go back to where you bought it for help.

  5. if you computer has a slot to put in a memory card in just put  it in

if it doesnt it should have a usb lead whitch conects the computer to the camra

  6. u should have a USB wire which is given with the camera.

And if not, then open the camera from where the battery is, you'll see a memory card there, pull it out, use a card reader to connect it to your PC.
