Camera needed?

well i nee dthis new camera bc the stupid digial 1 i have doesnt flash so its pics are dark and bc if it is not completely still it like shows the motion of the movement.so can anyone tell me where to find a digital camera with sound and picture and video that is under $100 and the store has to be near akron or farilawn

In that area you could try Walmart or Target, or Best Buy. It's gonna be hard to find a good camera for under $100.00 though.
