Camera on Roller Coaster????

Question

I'm going the 25th to Six Flags NE and I want to record me and my friends on the roller coaster!! But I have heard that is illegal?? And if is is illegal what gonna happen to me if they caught me???

well most coasters have cameras on the ride and they tape you and when you get of you can see the video at the both and you can buy it.

Well if they say it is illegal it depends .

because you have to know if there is something near by the roller coaster that they might not want to be recorded or , they say that only for safety

if it is safety then dont worry just hide it in your pocket and thats it

if it is because there might something near the roller coaster or the roller coaster itself ! they might not want it to be recorded then it is a good idea if you don't take your Camera Recorder because that is a big issue recording something that is not allowed to be recorded

The reason cameras are not allowed on roller coasters is safety.

1- the camera could slip. because of the force of the coaster, it could carry enough energy to seriously hurt someone on the ground.

2- the camera could be hit the coaster itself and piece could go flying and hurt other passengers or yourself.

3- camera can break and guest blame the park for their broken camera.

so to avoid all those possibilities, they just don't allow them on the ride. possible punishments.

if you take a camera on the ride, there are no incidents but someone from the park sees you, they can kick you out of the park. you will not get a refund. you could get banned from the park for months or years.

if you take a camera on the ride, and something happens or someone gets hurt, you can be banned from the park for life plus they will take legal action and you also have to worry about whoever got hurt because they can sue you.

Please do not do this if it is against the rules there. The rules are not just put there to try and ruin your fun, they're put there from years of experience, and seeing accidents occur on rollercoasters. The vast majority of incidents at Theme Parks are due to the actions of customers, and it certainly won't be you who runs the risk of getting injured.

If it is illegal, then I would hope you would get arrested for it, at least that's what they do in this country: get caught doing something illegal = get arrested. If its just against the rules of the park, they will kick you out if you're caught.
