Camera problems- pink kodak easyshare C613?

i have a pink kodak easy share C613 camera, ive had it since my birthday, in april. & when i play the videos it doesnt make any noise. ive looked in all the places where i should & stuff lol, but i cant figure out how to make it work. if anybody knows how to fix it or has this camera & knows how to fix it please help me. ill give you best answer!! thanks =]

  1. the on/off switch doesn't work.batteries are new.
