Camera that can record off a tv

Does anyone know of a cheap camera that can record tv shows through just an av cable

If you are going to use a camera to record a TV, you'll have to point it at the screen the old fashioned way and the results might not be pretty.  If you want to record through an AV cable, you'll have much better results using a VCR type device or a computer with a video capture device.  If you already have a computer, a USB video capture device should be really cheap.
