Camera trouble, please help.?

ok so i have a new camera and when i try to upload a movie file onto windows movie maker it will not let me because its a quicktime movie file. How can i change it to a different file so that it will upload? btw. when i upload pictures onto windows movie maker from my new camera it works fine. Whats the problem and how can i fix it?

hey try this,

1, if ur camera got a memory stick just take it out and insert it in ur computer(u need card reader). copy it to hardisk then import it to ur software.It probably because ur software doesnt support it.

2, Try to download using ur camera's software directly to hard disc instead of movie maker.

3, Try to install quicktime in ur windows then try to download again to ur hard disk.

4, to change a file type u need software.Do u hav nero?, If so it probably hav video editing software try it.

5, If u dont hav any of these u better buy some video editing software.Good luck.
