so my Casio exlim camera was dropped, and the part that comes out of the front (lens thingy) must have hit the floor. The lens is like crooked, so now it won't go back into the closed position. what can i do?

  1. Well good and bad news.

My Sony did the same "lens" thing only mine w/n come out.

To be honest - with the low cost of cameras today I just upgraded and called it a day. Sorry to say electronics are kinda disposable and you know as well as I that the cost of repair cant justify buying a new better camera with a warranty

  2. I'm sorry you dropped your camera. You can now use it as a paperweight and begin shopping for a new camera.

I suggest looking at the Olympus Stylus 850SW. Its waterproof to 10' and shockproof to a 5' drop.

  3. omg that just happened to me like 20 min ago with the same camera i just read it and it said dont try to push it in, casio exlims are commen for the lens not going in. if you still have a warrenty use it... hope i hepled... i know it sucks.. its not working for me either=[. ~kayla.
