Camera will not work on my Blackberry Curve?

Question

I just bought the curve 8320 today and went to try out the camera. It came up with an error message reading "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again."

No other apps are running, took out battery and sim then replaced. Anyone know how to fix this?

Definitely take it back. This usually requires a wipe of the OS and reload. But since you got it today, have them replace it.

Go return it, You have 30 days and if the ten second reset didn't do it, then I definitely would go return it.
