Cameras in my house?

well im really paranoid and i have a feeling that there are cameras in my house watching my every move, and so i was wondering is there anyway i can feel better about this and could actually check and prove to myself that theyre arent any cameras without doing a lot of looking or hiring a business or something to check for the cameras????

you could use a radio scanned in the 2.4 ghz range to sweep the room they do scanners on spy gear websites but they are expensive, It would probably be cheeper to see a shrink and get some tablets to stop the paranoia LoL
