do i have to be in girlscouts to go in this camp for summer?

and if so, does it cost money to be signed up for it

No you do not have to be a Girl Scout to attend Girl Scout Camps. Some like you to be and if they do they will just add $10 to the registration for the Girl Scout registreation fee.

skipeee is completely correct. It only costs ten dollars dues to enroll as a Girl Scout, and you don't have to be enrolled in a troop. As for girl scout camp, it is well worth it and a lot of fun.
