I believe your best bet is to do the following:

1) Go to http://pagesjaunes.fr/ciweb2g-pagesjaune...

2) Click on the British flag at the top right of the screen.

3) Enter Camping where it says "What" and 59 where it says "Dept district or region".

That will give you a list of camp grounds in the Département du Nord- at least those that are listed in the French yellow pages. Have a great trip!
