I would say Brian Campbell because I don't know who Nick Lindstrom is.

There is a guy named Lindstrom and I would take Cambell over him. As for Nick Lidstrom, I wouldn't take any defenseman over him. I do like Campbell though.

Lidstrom is the best in the league and has been for a while. People won't appreciate how good he was until after he retires. Hopefully people will stop putting that N in his name too.

Apologies to guys like Crosby and Ovechkin, but Lidstrom is arguably the best player in the game of hockey... and Campbell arguably breaks into the top 40 players at best.

It's like asking if you would take Joe Thornton or Bill Guerin. Total no brainer.

Mark Messier stated this morning in an interview that Nick Lidstrom has been the best defenseman since his 2nd year in the league! Thats pretty good accolades coming from Mark.

Campbell is no where near as good as Lidstrom. Lidstrom isnt the best, but he is one of the best all time. Campbell doesnt even compare. LiNdstrom is actually a guy on the blue jackets though.
