Camping Gas Cartridge replacement?

Ive got a Hi Gear Bistro type camping cooker. It uses a disposable type of cartridge with a valve on the top. Its marked as containing 227 grams of Butane gas. I'M looking for a replacement cartridge and have seen a similar looking one made by Camping Gas. However the Camping Gas cartridge contains 250 grams of gas. Will it fit my stove?

cartridges are usually fitted as tight as possible onto the hardware so i don't think it will. Don't take the risk. However there are plenty of useful websites that can give you more advice. Google your problems.

as long as the connection is exactly the same on the cartage and the stove it should fit your stove. this assumes you have the newer cartage that is remover able from the stove. the very old ones were a needle punches the cartage must use the size the stove was made for.

Go to wal-marts they sell them may have to go to there site may not sell in stores but they should take your empty tank with you
