Camping and caravanning - what do you want in a site?

I'm opening up a camp site for caravans, tents and motorhomes in the North East UK. What do you want in a site? Obviously I have all the bases covered such as facilities but are there any little things that you've seen at a sight that made you think "that's a really good idea" - any help and suggestions gratefully recieved!

(Just to add, yes I've posted this before, I'm just looking for more answers so am posting it in a different category)

Hi, good luck with your venture.

My personal wish would be for a non-barbecue area, so that I would not have to suffer the acrid smoke that emanates from the cremated remains of dead animals.
