  1. Eggs and tomato burritos for breakfast. Chicken and vegetable kabobs for dinner. On first night. Second you can do the traditional hotdogs and marshmallows.

  2. Potatoes always work for breakfast and dinner. A buck fiddy will get you a ten pound bag, that will last two full days and you don't have to refrigerate them either. Get some vegetable oil for another buck and your set. Wrap them in foil, toss them on the coals for 54 minutes or so and have baked potatoes.

  3. If you are going camping, then hopefully you have a river close by. Take her fishing, and fry up some fish on the 2nd night.

If you not much of a fisherman, then you can never go wrong with a can of beef stew. Or a couple of cans.

  4. You could buy some nice link sausage.  Serve 1 link with sauerkraut on the 2nd night, boil 1 link for breakfast and use the leftover and fry it for sandwiches for lunch.  Need 2 links.  That's pretty inexpensive.

    Bread

    Mayo
