Can 1 whole lobster feed two people

even if it's not enough as the main entree, what if both people have steak as well?

The lobster will be enough with the steaks if the lobster is small.

depends how big it is.

if your having steak as well i would boil lobster 10 min. hack it in half - removes guts, brains etc. add butter and broil 5 minutes in the oven.

you will both get half the tail and 1 claw a piece..should be plenty with the steak.

Only if it's a monster. A lobster between 1 and 1.5 pounds would be a single meal, with side dishes.

Add steak (and sides) and a 1.5-er would be okay.
