I am a 10 year old girl and I babysit my two brothers ages 7 and 5 and my baby sister age almost one. As long as they're responsible and mature and know's all the rules which are....
Don't answer the door for no one except your parents.
Don't answer the phone unless it's someone you know.
Keep a phone in reach in case of emergency's.
Don't use the stove unless you're trained and allowed to.

Those are some very important rules to follow when babysitting.
I also think that she should know how to do CPR or save someone while they're choking which I have seen my mom done a couple of times.

If there are two, yes but each girl should have taken the red cross babbysiting class. And then thay can do it for a coupel of hours.

and She can do better if
She has really intrust in doing so and
