  1. If there is an agreement or order for visitation, then the kids do not get a say.  As mentioned, some courts will allow the children to give their preferences before an agreement is entered into.  The court may or may not take that information to heart.

    But once there is an agreement or order in place, the children have no real say.


  2. Yes.  If they are old enough to receive s*x education, they are old enough to decide whether to participate in a visitation agreement.

  3. Depends. If participation is strongly influenced by the other parent, a court will see right through it.  

  4. Yes.. in some states they are leagally old enough to tell the judge who they want to see and who they don't.
